I'm a Nicaraguan-American operator based in Barcelona. Over the past nine years I've built operations across three markets — from founding and scaling a startup to an exit, to owning P&L in a corporate environment, to leading digital transformation in a multi-site foodtech company.
What ties it together: I show up where there's nothing, map what's broken, and build the infrastructure that makes things run without me in the room. Data, process, AI — whatever it takes.
